                 For diet, I think that many people are exercising. Because exercise is effective to consume energy by exercise, burn off body fat and drop it. It is such an exercise, but do you know when the best time to exercise the diet effect someday? Morning? Noon? Night?                 There are people who frequently exercise after eating "postprandial exercise". Of course, before meals or after meals, exercising. However, if you are considering exercising to reduce body fat, I will not recommend exercise after meals. After eating meals, it absorbs sugar and has a high blood sugar level.
When exercising with a high blood glucose level, the body tries to obtain energy from the sugar in the blood the vessel, so it does not burn body fat easily. Although it depends on people, before breakfast, it has been over 10 hours since we ate dinner the day before, so the inside of the stomach is empty and it is in an empty stat.

                The higher the metabolism of the body, the more consumed energy becomes, so it is a common sense of diet that becoming fat and easy to lose weight. However, the amount of metabolism is not constant throughout the day's life. We gently metabolism rising after getting up in the morning and we will have a peak when we are active during the day. And at around 8 o'clock in the evening, metabolism gradually begins to go down and around the morning comes the state with the slowest metabolism. In other words, immediately after getting up in the morning, the state of the lowest metabolism is awake. Immediately after getting up in the morning the body is not completely awake, so exercising at this timing will be a burden to the body. However, if you wake up in the morning and exercise in about an hour, you can raise the metabolism gradually going up without doing anything.

 3. Diet after exercise is hard to become fat:
            If you do exercise, of course, energy is consumed. The origin of that energy is not only sugar and fat but also various nutrients existing in the body are based. After the exercise, the amount of body fat is decreasing, but other nutrients are also decreasing. When you eat in that state, you try to make up for the missing nutrients with the nutrients you eat so it will be difficult to accumulate in the body as fat.

However, looking at the diet information overflowing in the world, the exercise during dieting is divided into "good before meals" and "good after meals", so I wonder which the truth is. So, I have introduced some interesting research results. An interesting result was obtained in the study of the diet effect before and after meals at Glasgow University in the UK. At the University of Glasgow, ten men are studied.

           Unlike "anaerobic exercise" such as muscle training, aerobic exercise burns fat and creates energy. Previously, the aerobic exercise campaign has been told that "fat must not burn for 20 minutes or more", but now it is said that fat will burn even for a short period of time.                     Let's walk before breakfast:

                         Suitable aerobic exercise before breakfast includes "walking" and "jogging". Whichever exercise you can do, those who do not exercise much from the usual will recommend walking. Because in the morning our body is not completely awake, so jogging usually does not exercise will be a big burden to the body. Perhaps there is a risk of sudden physical deterioration while jogging, so choose walking without impossible.                       We are sweating even during sleeping, so the moisture in the body gradually decreases, and when you wake up in the morning it is in the state of the least moisture in the day. When there is little moisture in the body, the blood is in a state of muddy, and the blood flow is getting worse. Exercising in this state is also a burden on the body. So before exercising, let’s drink one or two glasses of water and refill the moisture. In addition, cold water will cause the internal organs to cool down and lower the metabolism, so if you drink "normal temperature water" or "white water" it is effective for dieting.

                                Supply a little sugar:

                           As I mentioned earlier, before breakfast my blood sugar level is the lowest. Intravascular sugar is the only energy source that makes the brain work, and lower blood glucose levels worsen the brain's work. If you exercise at a low blood sugar level, you may lose concentration or suddenly cause dizziness. In case of such a case, it is OK if you do not mind eating "candy" or "chocolate" before exercise to replenish sugar.
                                                   
                        Warm-up before exercising

                     As with any exercise, warming up before exercise is important. Especially when I wake up in the morning my body is solid, so suddenly starting exercise makes it easy to get injured. So we do not have to do a simple stretch so let's exercise and prevent injury before exercising after warming up.

                      How was that? There are quite a lot of people who do not understand which timing is effective for exercise during dieting. As we have introduced this time, exercise during dieting is effective before breakfast. If you are exercising a diet, please do it before breakfast. Also, I think that some people exercise on a diet but are not good in the morning. It would be better for those who exercise before dinner. From lunch to dinner, it is the next longest time from dinner to breakfast, so it is easy to feel hungry. It is good to exercise aiming at this timing of hunger.
